Things to bring:
a) Pail
b) clothes clip & hanger ( for drying your clothes)
c) detergent
d) daily stuff ( facial form/shampoo n etc)
e) towel ( is a must!! bring 2 to spare)
f) slippers
g) socks ( please bring at least 5 of it)
h) tees ( which is comfortable and cooling)
i) long trekking pants ( sport wear )
Suggestion:
a) 100 plus isotonic drinks ( 1litre per bottle + as many as u can )
b) drinking 凉茶包装 ( drink it daily to avoid hydration )
c) zambuk
d) sunblock
e) moisturizer/toner ( your face hydrate 3time faster if you dont apply it!! )
f) dry foods ( tin biscuit / snacks)
g) supplements ( Milo sachets/ Nescafe sachets )
h) 风油
i) medicine ( panadol/Clarine/ lozenges & etc)
j) bring a small basket to keep your shampoo & all skin care stuff inside ( some ppl they simply use others one )
k) plaster
extra stuffs IF YOU SCARE!!
a) bed sheets ( no pillow and bolster pls )
b) blanket ( thin one will do cos you seldom get cold at there ) =.=''
c) Coins ( if they don't allow hand phone in camp then you may call back by using the public phones)
1) i suggest you don't need to bring brush to wash your clothes, cos exercise both of your leg will do :p
2) Do not bring more than Rm200 each time , these money only help you when you need to buy sth in camp. ( lots of burglary in camp!! cautious!! ) Ask your parents to bring it for you in the next trip when they come.
3) bring in mP3 (cheap one) so that you still can listen to it when you are bored.
4) bring non valuable stuff , as you cant predict when you will lost it!! ( even you lost oso wont heartache)
5) try to be good with everyone and be humble, ( you know lah, this is MALAYsia!!)
6) to be good with your roommate ( Chinese one) as he will be team with you until end of the training. :)
7) at last but not least, enjoy your NS training in this 3 months, experience it, explore it and you will find fun there!
