feeling better today,
and only realize i slept over 18 hours last night. >.<'''
but dont really can eat or consume any meal,
just a few mouth of foods will do.
my body still weak but is better than yesterday.

i think i need to take care of myself well,
so that i can go genting in this coming weekend,
and i dont wana miss this chance!

* sick day 1*

feeling backache when i awake from the bed in the morning,
and i went to vomit before i came to work.
just to thought of seeking doctor straight and not to coming to work,
but i did not.
and that is the worst decision i made.

after couple of hours while waiting lee to come back from clinic,
im suffering from gastric,
CT took me to the nearest panel clinic and send me home after that.
i was so sick until i did not open my window or either switch on the fan,
with the blanket was put on,
and i was falling asleep after that.
i was weak enough to do anything,
even when CT and KW came and pass me the car key.
i have no idea what am i doing,
and i knew there is something very wrong with my body.

babe came and find me,
just when i open my eyes and i saw HIM.
HE took me to seek doctor again as HE said i already got fewer,
and yes, my temperature was 38.6 after consult by the doctor.
the doctor advice me to rest for another day,
and ask me to drink more 100 plus to keep myself cool.
where the sugar level can gives me energy too.

p/s: i only drank half cup of milo cereal as my meal of the day.

meet up ah dee tonight,
where mum asked him to pass me stuffs when he drop by in penang.
he looks 'chan' to me,
this shows time is flying,
and we are getting older as time passing by.

* ipoh day trip *

is kinda hard for us to find this outlet as the sky is getting dark,
and it was raining day.
while waiting for HIS promoter to come back from dinner,
we went to cyber cafe which is opposite of the hypermarket,
and a match of HIS fav - DOTA game.
although i lose HIM *suppose and expected >.<''*
but we still enjoy the process.
we went home straight after finish HIS work.

1) i suggest you don't need to bring brush to wash your clothes, cos exercise both of your leg will do :p
2) Do not bring more than Rm200 each time , these money only help you when you need to buy sth in camp. ( lots of burglary in camp!! cautious!! ) Ask your parents to bring it for you in the next trip when they come.
3) bring in mP3 (cheap one) so that you still can listen to it when you are bored.
4) bring non valuable stuff , as you cant predict when you will lost it!! ( even you lost oso wont heartache)
5) try to be good with everyone and be humble, ( you know lah, this is MALAYsia!!)
6) to be good with your roommate ( Chinese one) as he will be team with you until end of the training. :)
7) at last but not least, enjoy your NS training in this 3 months, experience it, explore it and you will find fun there!

accompany papa to sungai Ular for fishing.

went to auntie ginny's brother resort for fishing,
papa looks so excited to come here,

i've caught a small fish only,

after the fishing session,
we decide to go for dinner as the time is late,
i not dare to eat the fish as i found it is cruel to do so,
cos i heard the fish interminable wailing !!! :(
btw,all of them were so enjoyed the dinner especially the fish.

the movie length is around 2.5 hours time if not mistaken,
