i raise the rental to rm200,
there is still have tenants would like to come and look for the room...

i like the 1st one, the 1st impression is good compare to another 2 guy...
Dhamiri would like to rent the house on the spot,
but i set the priority for michael 1st..
as i need to respect him as he is the 1st person who came and see the room.
Francis also wana rent it to..
both of them are waiting for my "good" news..
