drop my appointment card around 7sth...
then went for breakfast at pulau tikus..
go and visit 二嫂's mother at specialist...
she admitted in the hospital due to leg pain...
after visit,
my turn to check up..
doctor ask me canot play parasail at bali.... T_T
i can do usual exercise..
he suggested me to go for swimming & cycling...
after check up,
went to gurney with aunt..
long time din come here d lu..

the environment is very nice leh ~
and the food is quite nice okay ler...
